Our 2017 Tempranillo was blended with our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon and aged 26 months in barrel. The following year 2018 Tempranillo came along. This was made in the same style as the previous year, then pressed and aged for 12 months. Finally we blended all three together to create Rojo Peligroso. 65 Cases made
 
2016 Zinfandel $28.00
I processed this Zinfandel using 100% whole cluster grapes. The wine was firmly pressed on a daily routine to maintain the fresh cap. This was repeated throughout the natural maceration for 30 days. Basket pressed then barrel aged for 18 months. 70 Cases made
