Hailing from the bountiful Oregon Columbia Valley AVA, these Chardonnay grapes were pressed the day after harvest by foot in the basket press. It was then fermented for 2 years in large 500 gallon neutral oak casket barrels for unique flavors. Delicate zest of lemon and papaya, hints of olive & spices with a beautiful tropical fruit flavor create a creamier texture to this medium to full bodied white wine.
